I won’t list them in any particular order, but make sure if you visit any, then you visit Sticky Waterfalls. Having seen waterfalls in some of the best waterfall countries in the world (Iceland, Norway, and New Zealand to name a few…). Sticky waterfalls are by far one of the most unique waterfalls I’ve seen anywhere in the world.

I’ll briefly summarise each waterfall, but they’ll all have their own guide will full details should you want to visit them yourself.

Sirithan Waterfall, Doi Inthanon National Park

Sometimes forget about it as it’s shadowed by a bigger and more impressive falls. This was actually one of my favourite waterfalls in Doi Inthanon. Possible to do this as part of a bigger loop where you do multiple in one day, Sirithan is a must-see if you’re in Doi Inthanon!

Wachirathan Waterfall, Doi Inthanon National Park

Probably the biggest waterfall on the list, and one of the most visited ones too. This can make it less appealing as you’re unlikely you have this place to yourself. However, that being said it’s undeniably an incredible waterfall that packs a serious amount of force and flow.

This is by far one of the best waterfalls in Chiang Mai.

Mae Ya, Doi Inthanon National Park

By far the tallest and most impressive falls in all of Thailand. What was amazing to me is there was absolutely no one here. Not really on the tourist route toward the highest point in Thailand, Doi Inthanon. But personally, this is well worth the short detour to discover this place.

Mok Fah Waterfall in Chiang Mai

One of the first waterfalls I visited whilst living in Thailand for 2 months and one I probably could have gone back to time and time again.

Located a little outside of Chiang Mai, and would probably be better off done if you’re heading to Pai by yourself.

Either way, Mok Fah is one of the best waterfalls in Chiang Mai.
